POSITION DESCRIPTION
Perform the overall functions of the Registered Dietician across multiple facilities to ensure the positive delivery of quality food service and nutritional care.
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Registered Dietician</li>
<li>Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department desirable.</li>
</ul>

RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Provide guidance with food ordering, storage and preparation</li>
<li>Recommend and make menu changes as needed with the Dietary Supervisors</li>
<li>Monitor to ensure that safe food handling techniques are used and approrpiate procedures/practices are followed in the dietary setting</li>
<li>Participate as part of an IDT team to ensure positive care outcomes</li>
