NOW HIRING – QA TECHNICIAN
Location: Stockton, CA
Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Must be available to work weekends
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a QA Technician to support quality and food safety operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
JOB DUTIES
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) during production
- Calibrate and check equipment
- Perform pre-op inspections of equipment and production areas
- Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing
- Inspect products, equipment, and machinery
- Collect product samples for testing and lab requirements
- Make sure recipes and product specifications are followed
- Complete QA records, logs, and documentation accurately
- Monitor GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety requirements
- Work with production employees on GMPs, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety
- Report quality or food safety issues to QA management
- Assist with other QA duties and projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- QA experience preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or food processing preferred
- Meat or poultry processing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, allergens, and food safety
- HACCP certification preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Must be available for mandatory overtime and weekends
