👨🏻 💼 Your Role: Mid–Senior Level Real Estate Associate Attorney
\n
• Take immediate ownership of complex real estate transactions.
\n
• Collaborate on sophisticated deals with institutional and private equity-backed clients.
\n
• Handle purchase/sale agreements, leasing, finance, and JV structuring.
\n
• Serve as outside general counsel to luxury hospitality brands.
\n
\n
💰 Salary & Benefits:
\n
• Competitive salary of $450K–$500K (10th-year experience), maybe more for an exceptional candidate
\n
• Billable expectations: 1750–1850 hours (Associates); 1500–1700 (Seniors).
\n
• Bonus: Discretionary—based on individual and firm performance.
\n

📍 Location:

• Santa Monica / Westwood (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in office)

\n
💼 Requirements:
\n
• 7–10 years of transactional real estate experience (ideally big firm trained).
\n
• Experience with joint ventures, leasing, and financing strongly preferred.
\n
• No history of frequent moves (no more than 4–5 firms in the past decade).
\n
• Work independently—no training bandwidth, so strong prior experience is essential.
\n
