What You'll Need:

• Active California COTA license in good standing
• Previous experience working in school-based settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to classroom and therapy environments
• Experience developing and implementing individualized student interventions

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct therapy services to students as prescribed by Occupational Therapists
• Assist in conducting student assessments and documenting progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each child's development
• Develop and implement therapeutic activities to improve fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Maintain accurate, timely records as required by school and state guidelines
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to student planning
• Serve as a valued resource for staff on OT best practices for the elementary-age population
