Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys helping others, excel at multitasking, and possess strong computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and ensure satisfaction.
Comfortable learning and communicating product-specific information
Manage high volumes of incoming calls and meet team call handling quotas.
Build trust with customer accounts through interactive communication.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams while advocating for customer needs
Handle complaints with appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure full resolution.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
Multi-task and prioritize effectively while following established communication procedures and policies.
Work with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and communicate product-specific information

Skills/Qualifications:

1-3+ years of customer service or client support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional tone
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
High level of attention to detail in documentation
Experience with CRM systems, case management software, and order tracking tools (preferred)
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Experience in dental or other service-based B2B industries (a plus)

Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
