Job Title: Facility Lead
Location: Inland Empire & City of Industry, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Positions Available: 2
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $25.00/HR (DOE)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking two experienced Facility Leads to support operations across multiple locations in the Inland Empire and City of Industry areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership, organizational, and operational oversight experience within a facility or warehouse environment.
The Facility Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, and supporting team members to maintain productivity and safety standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations and workflow coordination
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
- Monitor productivity and assist in resolving operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations across locations
- Manage overhead, billing, AP/AR, lockouts, and contracts
- Support in-house repair work, maintenance, and preventative maintenance (PM) services
- Support training and onboarding of team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to facility activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse or facility environment
- Strong understanding of overhead, billing, scheduling, AP/AR, contracts, lockouts, in-house repair work, maintenance, and PM services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and responsibilities effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures
- Reliable transportation to travel between Inland Empire and City of Industry locations
