Key Responsibilities for the Controller
\n

- Lead accounting team and oversee financial reporting activities.
\n • Manage cost accounting, inventory tracking, reconciliations, and cost allocations.
\n • Analyze financial and operational results, including forecasting and variance analysis.
\n • Partner with operations leadership on budgeting, planning, and business initiatives.
\n • Develop and enhance ERP reporting, dashboards, and financial analytics.
\n • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Qualifications for the Controller
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
\n • 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or another inventory-intensive industry.
\n • Strong inventory accounting and inventory reconciliation experience.
\n • Cost accounting experience including allocations, forecasting, and cost analysis.
\n • Experience leading and developing accounting staff.
\n • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
