$250K + 20% bonus

Role Overview
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations of a growing organization. This executive-level leader will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability, manage risk, and support long-term business growth through informed financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide accurate, timely financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead annual planning, financial modeling, and performance measurement processes.
- Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage banking relationships, audits, tax planning, insurance, and other financial partnerships.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10 or more years of progressive financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
- Demonstrated success developing financial strategies and supporting organizational growth.
- Experience with financial systems, process improvements, and internal controls.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and business judgment.
