Job Description

Job Description

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 / hour (DOE) | Full-Time

Oro Pro Plumbing is expanding its team on the Peninsula. We are looking for an experienced, high-caliber Service Plumber who takes pride in clean, code-compliant craftsmanship and straightforward customer communication.

We respect our technicans. That means running a streamlined shop, outfitting you with top equipment, providing real field support to assist in chasing parts, and protecting your personal time off the clock.

Why Plumbers Choose Oro Pro:

• Top-Tier Pay: $35 – $55/hr depending on experience, with consistent year-round residential and light commercial calls.
• Parts Support (Shop Runner): We have a dedicated shop/parts runner to assist so you can stay productive on-site instead of burning billable hours running to supply houses.
• Modern Equipment: Work with modern, maintained tools—including commercial hydro-jetters, advanced video pipe inspection systems, and top-line water heating gear.
• Fully Outfitted Service Truck: Well-maintained company vehicle, fully stocked.
• Predictable Schedule: Primarily Monday – Friday core hours with an organized, rotating on-call schedule designed to prevent burnout.
• Streamlined Tech: Fully integrated with ServiceTitan for clear dispatching, visual price books, and clean mobile invoicing right from your iPad.
• Solid Benefits after 90 days:
• • 50% company-paid medical insurance coverage.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute repairs and replacements for fixtures, standard tank water heaters, and tankless units.
• Operate sewer cameras, locating equipment, and hydro-jetting setups for line maintenance and diagnostics.
• Present clear, transparent digital repair options and invoices to residential and commercial clients via ServiceTitan and other software.
• Collaborate closely with our dispatch team to ensure smooth arrival windows and job flow.
• Participate in our fair, rotating on-call roster for emergency coverage.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial service plumbing.
• Solid practical understanding of California Uniform Plumbing Code.
• Experienced with drain diagnostics, sewer video cameras, and hydro-jetters.
• Proficiency with mobile field software (ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus).
• Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean DMV record is a must.
• Complete personal hand tools (specialty diagnostic equipment, major power tools, and jetters provided by company).
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills on-site.
