Typical responsibilities:

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household&nbsp;tasks.

Provide companionship and&nbsp;emotional support.
</li>
<li>
Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition or&nbsp;behavior.

Accompany clients to appointments, errands,&nbsp;or activities when&nbsp;required.
</li>

Follow the care plan and maintain client privacy&nbsp;and dignity.
</li>
<li>
Communicate regularly with family members, supervisors, and&nbsp;healthcare professionals.
