Compensation: Per-Referral Basis Only (No Salary)
This position is ideal for those seeking second job

commission pay is as follows:
$500 for each Home Health Patient referral.
$2000.00 For each Hospice Patient referral

We are seeking a motivated, well-connected Healthcare Marketing & Business Development Representative to help expand our referral network throughout the Bay Area, Central Valley & Sacramento.

This is a flexible, independent opportunity for individuals with established relationships in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and case managers.
  
  
• Promote our Home Health and Hospice services.
  
  
• Identify new business opportunities and develop referral partnerships.
  
  
• Help expand our presence throughout Northern California.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or referral coordination preferred.
  
  
• Established healthcare industry connections are a plus.
  
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Self-motivated and results driven.
  
  

Compensation:

• No fixed salary or hourly pay.
