What You’ll Do

- Manage and review individual, partnership, S-Corporation, and corporate tax returns.
- Lead client relationships and provide proactive tax planning and advice.
- Research complex tax issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Review staff work, provide coaching, and support professional development.
- Manage engagement deadlines and collaborate with leadership on client strategy.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred.
- Strong technical tax knowledge and experience reviewing returns.
- Ability to build client relationships, manage priorities, and mentor staff.
- A proactive approach and interest in growing as a leader.
