Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
About Us
Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas (CSVS) was founded in 1980 by local community members who wanted basic health care to be available to all residents of Monterey County, with a focus on families working in agriculture. In 1989, CSVS became the first Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Monterey County. Since 2001, we have held the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. We serve adults and children of all ages across Monterey County, from Pajaro to King City.
About the Role
We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the Greater Monterey Bay Area at our Salinas Sanborn Clinic. New grads are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (FNP)
- At least one year of experience in primary or urgent care preferred
- Active California NP license and DEA registration
Offer Package
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- $42,000/yr in housing assistance
- Loan repayment through NHSC and SLRP
- Relocation assistance: $5,000 in-state / $7,500 out-of-state
Compensation (based on years of experience)
- 1–2 yrs: $150,000
- 3–6 yrs: $158,685
- 7+ yrs: $167,365 - $185,786
Supplemental pay for providers who work at our South County clinics:
- Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield: +15% of base salary
- King City: +20% of base salary
