Role Description: The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position is responsible for supporting daily production activities, including preparing materials, assembling components, and monitoring production lines to keep operations running smoothly. The role involves operating machines and tools according to established procedures, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting issues to supervisors or technicians. The Production Associate will inspect products for quality, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and document production data. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, adapting to evolving processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
