Civil Litigation Associate | Santa Rosa

A Santa Rosa law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate. Newly admitted attorneys are expressly welcome, and candidates with additional associate-level experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• The associate will assist with civil litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and related documents. Depending on experience, the attorney will also support case preparation, depositions, hearings, and settlement efforts while collaborating with the litigation team and developing increasing responsibility on active matters.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should have an interest or experience in civil litigation, along with strong research, writing, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• The base salary range is $110,000–$140,000 for candidates with 0–3 years of experience. Compensation for more experienced associates has not been established.
• The position is primarily in-office in Santa Rosa, with flexibility for two remote days per week.
