Join a leading commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton, servicing commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula. This role involves providing high-quality exterior and interior window cleaning services on commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and interior window cleaning using a water-fed pole and purified water system.
- Conduct ground-based work across office, retail, and industrial sites.
- Utilize skills in other trades such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting, if applicable.
Essential Skills
- Experience in commercial window cleaning.
- Proficiency with water-fed pole and purified water systems, including DI resin or RO filtration.
- Skill in traditional squeegee and scrubber work.
- Comfortable working from the ground on multi-story glass.
- Valid California driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining filtration systems, including resin changes and TDS monitoring.
- Ability in screen and track cleaning.
- Skill in hard water stain removal.
- Experience in pressure washing.

Work Environment
This role offers the opportunity to work independently, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, occasionally requiring weekend work. The work primarily involves ground-based tasks, with no suspended or high-rise duties.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasanton, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
