We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a detail oriented Inside Sales representative to support our sales team from the office. This role will handle daily sales and serve as the responsible party for quotes, data entry and CRM support. The ideal candidate would be tech savvy, organized, and is comfortable communicating between the sales team, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and customer follow-ups
- Track customer orders and jobs
- Handle daily communication with outside sales representatives and directly with customers.
- Coordinate with the logistics to support outgoing shipments and order status updates.
- Generate weekly sales reports.
- Ensure timely responses to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
