Join VENOUS TECHNOLOGIES INC as a CT Tech in Moreno Valley, CA, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our client hospitals such as Kaiser Permanente and UC Systems. Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain and operate CT equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to discuss imaging results.
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the system.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the imaging area.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices in CT technology.
- Assist in training new staff and interns as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid ARRT certification in CT and state licensure required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical imaging environment.
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- ARRT (CT) Certification
- CRT
- Fluoroscopy
- BLS Certification
- LA County Fire Card
