Job Description
This role combines warehouse operations and production work on an inspection line within a manufacturing environment. You will support the manufacturing of optical lenses by performing visual inspections, handling inventory, and pulling orders, while safely lifting and loading materials as part of a fast-paced warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Work on the production inspection line to perform visual inspections of optical lenses, checking for scratches and other defects.
- Handle inventory accurately, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock levels in the warehouse.
- Pull and prepare customer orders as an order filler/pallet puller, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Lift and load items weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily warehouse and production activities.
- Stand for extended periods while performing inspection, order pulling, and warehouse duties.
- Follow established procedures and training guidelines during the initial training period and after transition to the regular shift.
- Collaborate with team members to support production and warehouse goals at both the Rancho Dominguez and Torrance sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety practices.
- Use strong hand–eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure product quality and order accuracy.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, including order pulling and pallet handling.
- Ability to perform order filler/pallet puller duties accurately and efficiently.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Comfort standing for long periods while performing production and warehouse tasks.
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspection of products, including identifying scratches and defects.
- Good hand–eye coordination to handle and inspect optical lenses and related materials.
- Willingness and ability to work the specified schedules, including Monday–Friday 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. during training and the Tuesday–Saturday schedule after training.
- Reliability in following set procedures and adapting to work at multiple sites as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as an order filler, order puller, or pallet puller in a warehouse or production setting.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly with delicate or precision products such as optical components.
- Ability to learn and follow detailed quality inspection processes.
- Flexibility to work at different facilities (Rancho Dominguez and Torrance) based on business needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
