Pay Rate: DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment. Candidates must have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical equipment problems.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform equipment adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Work closely with machine operators and production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical knowledge and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
