What You'll Do
As the FOH Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising the Front of House team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Training and mentoring FOH staff to uphold our high standards of service.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and management to maintain efficient workflows.
- Monitoring cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assisting with scheduling and ensuring proper staffing levels during shifts.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
