Role Description The Associate Attorney role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fresno, CA. The Attorney will manage a caseload that may include litigation, employment, and/or transactional matters, depending on experience and practice area alignment. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing legal issues, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, and preparing pleadings, motions, and other court filings.

- Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Effective advocacy skills, including courtroom or administrative hearing experience, and confident oral argument abilities.
- Client relationship management skills, including clear communication, active listening, and sound professional judgment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional legal teams and work independently while managing multiple matters and deadlines.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility and intent to obtain admission).
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to providing quality service to diverse clients.
- Willingness to work on-site in Fresno, CA and engage in local community and professional activities.
