The Mimosa House in El Dorado Hills is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Bartender to join our team! We are a fast-paced, high-volume breakfast and brunch restaurant known for our extensive mimosa selection, specialty cocktails, and exceptional guest experience.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has a positive attitude, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve mimosas, champagne cocktails, specialty drinks, beer, and wine.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Follow standardized recipes and maintain consistency in beverage preparation.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during high-volume service.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, champagne, wine, and beverage preparation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain California RBS certification.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Schedule
- Location: The Mimosa House – El Dorado Hills
- Restaurant Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Morning and daytime shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
