We’re looking for a detail-oriented Returns Processor to help inspect, prepare, and organize returned products for resale or reuse. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with products, tools, and inventory while keeping things organized and accurate.
Job Title: Returns Processor
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Shift: 5:15am - 2pm, plus required OT
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:

Inspect, clean, water-test, and repackage returned products.

Disassemble products and recover reusable components.

Process finished products and parts into inventory.

Inspect products for defects and ensure inventory is accurate.

Communicate with Customer Service regarding returns, warranties, and refused shipments.

Use hand tools to disassemble and process products.

Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.

Assist with other tasks as needed.

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Comfortable using basic hand tools.

Ability to accurately match part numbers and inventory locations.

Ability to take direction and work well with others.

Forklift operation experience required.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
