Job Description

Are you a Class A CDL driver looking for top-tier home time, consistent miles, and comfortable equipment? Join our fleet today! We are hiring regional drivers with as little as 3 months of experience for steady freight with 100% no-touch freight and weekly weekend home time.

Pay & Compensation

Earnings: Top 20% of Regional Drivers earn $1,250+ per week
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours (or higher where required by law)
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100/day (or higher where required by law)

Position Highlights & Freight

Home Time: Home every weekend for your 34-hour reset (Saturday & Sunday)
Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight
- 50%–60% Drop & Hook
- 40%–50% Live Unload
Weekly Miles: ~1,800 miles per week (depending on HOS and freight availability)
Average Length of Haul (LOH): 300 miles
Modern Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

Operating Area

Primary Route (80%): Western States (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, AZ, NM, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD)
Secondary Route: Occasional runs East into TX, OK, KS, and NE

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Valid DOT Medical Card
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
