Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12-month contract (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $30/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 100% Onsite

Job Summary:
Seeking a Logistics Specialist to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and product distribution activities, including hazardous materials and clinical drug products. The role requires accurate documentation, inventory control, compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, and safe handling of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process domestic and international shipments, including hazardous and R&D materials.
- Pick, pack, ship, receive, and dispense finished goods and clinical drug products.
- Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate returned, rejected, and expired product destruction.
- Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and regulatory documentation.
- Operate RF scanners and material-handling equipment safely.
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant warehouse areas.
- Follow SOPs and participate in training and process improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma with 0–5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- IATA certification/international shipping experience preferred.
- Ability to meet TSA/background-check requirements and complete CCSP training.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work occasional overtime.
