Salary: $90,000-$120,000 annually

The Role
You'll own complex tax engagements from strategy through execution, working directly with sophisticated clients on meaningful tax planning. This means real autonomy and impact: minimal supervision, direct client contact, and the responsibility to drive advisory work across the firm.
Job Duties
- Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations
- Identify and present tax planning opportunities to clients
- Manage tax engagements end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate filings
Research and interpret complex tax issues and regulations - Review and quality-control tax returns before delivery
What You Need
- 5+ years in public accounting
- CPA/EA certification
- Deep knowledge of federal and California tax law
- Proficiency in tax software and Excel
