The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects will be completed to customer quality standards and on time.

  • Creates, maintains, and improves company relationships with customers.
  • Maintains adequate records of all accounts. Follows up on customers’ projects on a timely basis.
  • Supervises assigned customer projects from sale through shipping.
  • Insure the timely completion of all assigned projects.
  • Continue to develop revenue opportunity with such accounts


The principal duties of this position shall consist of, but not limited to, the following:

  • Meet customer deadlines on completion of projects.
  • Maintain responsibility for all jobs from their receipt from sales through invoicing.
  • Assist Sales and Production personnel as requested by management
  • Maintain cost restraints within the scope of the project


Obtain specific information on quoting and completing projects, such as outside printing or bindery requirements.

  • Maintain and communicate project process/completion information as required by other departments. Ensures that all orders are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensuring that the relationships the company has with existing and potential new accounts are maintained by anticipating the customer’s needs, resolving concerns and complaints, and by providing appropriate technical support.
  • Ensure prompt delivery and invoicing (within 24 Hours), of completed jobs
  • Act as a liaison between the customers and ensure that the customers’ expectations are met while maintaining goodwill for future business.
  • Understands that CLIENTS ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY and that each Project be treated with that in mind.
  • Perform any other duties as may be required, from time to time.
