Litigation Attorney – Business & Employment Defense (Irvine, CA)
A prestigious commercial litigation firm in Irvine is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and growing team. This firm represents corporations in complex business and employment litigation matters and is known for its commitment to excellence, collaboration, and high-quality legal work.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, from case inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
- Take and defend depositions
- Assist with and/or lead trial preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Qualifications:
- 1–20 years of recent defense litigation experience
- Experience in business litigation and/or labor & employment preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills
- Deposition experience required
- Trial preparation experience highly preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
