What You'll Do
As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what your role will include:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations, from food preparation to service.
- Managing and mentoring kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Troubleshooting challenges in a calm and efficient manner.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a kitchen management or similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
- A deep understanding of food safety standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide your team.
