Position Summary

\n

The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the HR team responsible for administering and supporting day-to-day human resources programs across the employee lifecycle. This position serves as a primary HR resource for employees and managers and partners closely with the Sr. HR Manager to deliver effective HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, compliance, HR systems, payroll support, and employee communications.

  • HR Operations & Employee Support
  • \n

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions, requests, and workplace concerns.
  • \n

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment practices.
  • \n

  • Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee changes, leaves, transfers, and offboarding.
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • \n

  • Partner with the Sr. HR Manager on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, corrective action documentation, and performance-related issues.
  • \n

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, programs, and employee communications.
  • \n

  • Promote consistent application of company policies and HR practices across the organization.
  • \n

  • Recruitment & Talent Support
  • \n

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
  • \n

  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, candidate communications, interview coordination, and recruiting administration.
  • \n

  • Support candidate screening and interview activities as needed.
  • \n

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and ensure a seamless transition from candidate acceptance through onboarding.
  • \n

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and the candidate experience.
  • \n

  • Payroll, Timekeeping & Attendance
  • \n

  • Review employee timecards and timekeeping records to identify errors, missed punches, inconsistencies, and attendance concerns.
  • \n

  • Partner with managers and employees to resolve timekeeping discrepancies accurately and in a timely manner.
  • \n

  • Monitor attendance and timekeeping trends and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • \n

  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data, compensation changes, deductions, and timekeeping information are accurate and properly documented.
  • \n

Career Requirements / What We Ask of You

\n

  • 3–5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar capacity.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple HR functions including employee relations, benefits, HRIS, recruiting, compliance, and payroll/timekeeping.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • \n

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • \n

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n

  • Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
  • \n

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • \n

  • Base salary starting at $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance
