Job DescriptionClinDCast is looking for Epic MyChart Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal.
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement.
- Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards.
- Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with Epic MyChart.
- Epic certification in Epic MyChart is MANDATORY.
- Epic MyChart Build and Implementation Experience.
- Strong understanding of Epic workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
