Minimum Requirements

• Current, valid, and unrestricted state medical license required

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school required

• Completion of an accredited residency or applicable postgraduate training preferred

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical practice required

• 1–2 years of correctional healthcare or underserved population experience preferred

• Experience with diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive healthcare delivery

• Correctional facility or managed care experience highly preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills

• Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and credentials in good standing
