Immediate openings for qualified Journeyman Electricians.
Compensation & travel
- Hourly: $60.00 – $95.00 (prevailing wage; project/location dependent)
- Travel 60+ miles beyond Carlsbad, CA: Per Diem + Lodging + Drive Time & Mileage
Role snapshot
- Install and commission AC/DC systems for commercial PV, including inverters, combiner boxes, transformers, and switchgear.
- Assemble solar modules and racking; run EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit; implement wire management; construct underground/above-ground raceways.
- Support multiple sites statewide and align with evolving schedules and site needs.
Must-have qualifications
- California General Electrician Certification (Blue Card)
- Skilled & Trained Journeyman documentation — completion of WECA, ABC, or IBEW/JATC apprenticeship (or equivalent project-accepted proof)
Preferred strengths
- Commercial solar installation experience and ability to read plans/schematics
- Troubleshooting and testing aptitude for PV systems
- Comfort traveling across California to active jobsites
