Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Urgent Hire
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90061 Pay: $27 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

A fast-paced manufacturing company is looking to hire immediately for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong collections background.
&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage invoicing, billing, and high-volume collections</li>
<li>Proactively follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email</li>
<li>Negotiate payment terms and resolve payment issues</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor AR aging reports</li>
<li>Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Post and process payments in QuickBooks and SAP</li>
<li>Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary</li>

</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience</li>
<li>Strong collections experience required</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks and SAP</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities</li>
