As a design consultant, you will assist retail customers in selecting tile and granite products to meet their design and durability goals. You will use your design skills and product knowledge to educate customers and ensure a satisfying buying experience. This is a non-commissioned sales position with available product training. Additionally, you will assist the manager with merchandising to create a visually exciting showroom. A positive attitude, cooperation, and respect are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers.

Work Environment
The role involves wearing multiple hats and being a team player in a showroom and warehouse environment. The team is tenure and fosters a family culture. The position includes physical tasks such as moving and cleaning samples, requiring the candidate to be on their feet throughout the shift. Shifts are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm, with rotating Saturdays expected to resume. You will interact with 30-40 groups of people daily. Business casual attire is required.

This is a Contract position based out of Roseville, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
