Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 DOE

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy and collaborative employment law practice focused on class actions, collective actions, and wage & hour litigation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being an integral part of complex, high-profile cases.
What You'll Do

Support attorneys through all phases of complex employment litigation and class action matters.

Prepare, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, exhibits, and discovery.

Conduct legal research using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis.

Prepare and generate Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents with a high level of accuracy.

Assist with motion practice, court filings, trial preparation, and case management.

Coordinate deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and ensure timely case progression.

Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation support staff while managing multiple priorities.
What We're Looking For

3-4 + years of recent paralegal experience specifically supporting employment class actions, collective actions, and wage & hour litigation.

Expert-level proficiency preparing Tables of Authorities.

Strong legal research skills using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Trial preparation experience is highly preferred.
Compensation
-
$70,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
