Seeking an experienced Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to support acute care services.
Variable Shift, 10 hour shifts 0600 - 1630 or 1030 - 2100. Schedule is as needed. Can expect to be scheduled 2-3 weekends per month. total of 4 shifts per week. Need Cerner experience. Prefer an IV certification like Critical Point. 2-3 years of hospital experience required.
Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders

Provide pharmacokinetic dosing consults

Monitor drug therapy and lab values

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols
Requirements:

Active CA Pharmacist license
-
Hospital experience required
-
EPIC experience preferred
