Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Benefits

What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including:
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and hospitality standards
- Leading, coaching, and developing hourly and management team members
- Building a strong culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and service
- Managing labor, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Analyzing key performance metrics and implementing strategies for growth
- Creating an environment where employees can grow professionally and advance their careers

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
