Professional Search Group OC wants you to Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Shop Deburrer, where your precision and mechanical skills will help ensure the highest quality standards in our production process. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing machined parts by removing burrs, sharp edges, and excess material to prepare components for assembly or shipment. Your expertise in machining techniques, measurement tools, and safety standards will contribute to our commitment to excellence and efficiency. Duties

• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and automated equipment to deburr machined parts with precision and care
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to identify critical dimensions and specifications
• Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming tools to support manufacturing processes
• Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues related to deburring processes or machine operation to minimize downtime
• Follow safety standards in production environments by wearing appropriate PPE and adhering to operational protocols
• Assist with assembly, packaging, or materials handling as needed within the manufacturing facility

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or factory settings with hands-on shop floor work
• Strong mechanical knowledge including blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and mechanical blueprint interpretation
• Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators for quality control
• Familiarity with CNC machining processes including CNC programming, CAM programming, and machine operation
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing instructions accurately
• Knowledge of shop math, fabrication techniques, tooling setup, and materials handling procedures
• Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and safety standards compliance
• Valid certifications or experience with Fanuc controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), forklift operation, press brake machines, stamping presses, or flexo presses is a plus
