EverBloom Holistic Nursing is seeking a compassionate California-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC to join our growing mental health practice in Sacramento.
\n
\n
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to begin with a small, flexible caseload and gradually increase their hours as the practice continues to grow.
\n
\n
Position Details:
\n
\n
• As-needed 1099 independent contractor
\n
• Hybrid position with in-person and telehealth services
\n
• Starting at approximately two clinical hours per week
\n
• Opportunity to increase hours as the caseload grows
\n
• Flexible weekday, evening, or weekend availability
\n
• $70–$90 per clinical hour, based on completed patient encounters
\n
• Compensation structure discussed during the interview
\n
\n
The clinician may provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingual ability is not required.

Qualifications:
\n
\n
• Active and unrestricted California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
\n
• Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services
\n
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
\n
• Current professional liability insurance
\n
• Neurodiversity-affirming and culturally responsive approach preferred
\n
\n
