Summary
The Customer Service Specialist supports customers by managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the order fulfillment process. Temp to hire, located in Parlier, CA. Offering $20-21/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between customers and warehouse, logistics, production, and sales teams.
- Process orders, credit memos, and related transactions in the ERP system.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping schedules, and customer communications.
- Resolve order issues, track claims, and provide timely customer support.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain initiatives as needed.
- Assist with audits, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts, including LEAN/5S programs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years CSR experience with order entry/email communication
- Associate degree or equivalent customer service experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Wine and spirits industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
