Compensation:
$150,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through proactive prospecting and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct open houses and property tours to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective strategies for client consultations and negotiations.
- Assist in preparing properties for listing by coordinating with sellers and staging professionals.
- Manage transaction processes from contract to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Utilize proven systems and tools to organize your pipeline and track progress towards sales goals.
Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
