About Brightside
\n
Brightside Pediatric Therapy is a growing pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice serving families throughout the East Bay through in-home, daycare, preschool, and school-based services.
\n
Brightside was built around the idea that excellent patient care and clinician well-being should go hand in hand. We offer manageable caseloads, schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, thoughtful geographic scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership as the practice expands.

Our SLPs primarily support early intervention clients through the Regional Center of the East Bay, along with school-aged private pay clients. Clinical Fellows are welcome and receive individualized mentorship and supervision.

Responsibilities
\n

- Provide pediatric speech and language evaluations and treatment
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching
- Complete documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other providers
- Support AAC implementation when appropriate

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to travel between client homes, schools, daycares, and preschools
- Strong communication and pediatric clinical skills
- Family-centered, collaborative approach to care
