We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC company!

We need someone who is confident on the phone, organized, dependable, and capable of handling a fast-paced office environment.

Job Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls.

Schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and estimates.

Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently and manage daily schedules.

Follow up with customers on pending estimates, repairs, and appointments.

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate appointments.

Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments.

Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management.

Maintain accurate customer records and update dispatching software.

Handle customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Help maximize daily booking opportunities and technician productivity.
