Part-Time Bilingual Special Education Teacher
Location: Salinas, CA 93905
Schedule: Part-Time | 20–25 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of School Year
We are seeking a Bilingual Special Education Teacher to support students across grade levels. The ideal candidate will be able to assess and test bilingual students and provide special education support as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and testing for bilingual students.
- Provide special education support across various grade levels.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and school teams to support student needs.
- Assist with developing and implementing appropriate educational plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records.
- Support students in meeting their academic and developmental goals.
Requirements
- Valid California Special Education teaching credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe.
- Bilingual/BGLAD authorization or equivalent qualification required.
- Experience working with bilingual students preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a school team.
