AL KHIRBEET GROUP, LLC is a growing organization involved in real estate, hospitality, and event operations. Through VWVenues, we are building a professional event and entertainment destination in San Diego focused on weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions, and special events.

Role Description
\n
This is a contract, on-site Event Server / Banquet Server role based in San Diego, CA.
\n
\n
Event Servers will support weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions, and other special events. Responsibilities include preparing event spaces, arranging tables and service stations, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, maintaining clean service areas, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.
\n
\n
This is an event-based / on-call position, primarily during evenings and weekends. Hours will depend on scheduled events, with opportunities for increased hours and future advancement as VWVenues grows.
\n

Compensation
\n
$19.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
\n
• Previous experience in event serving, banquets, catering, hotels, restaurants, or hospitality is preferred
\n
• Strong customer service and guest interaction skills
\n
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented presentation
\n
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
\n
• Ability to follow event instructions and work effectively as part of a team
\n
• Clear and professional communication skills
\n
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
\n
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays or event equipment
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
\n
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on scheduled events
\n
• Ability to reliably commute to the San Diego venue location
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
\n
