Job Description:
\n Plans and conducts treatment programs to help patients restore and improve physical, social, and mental functioning. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and may co-lead patient treatment groups.
\n Requirements
\n
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of employment
\n
Experience planning and implementing patient treatment programs
\n
Ability to assess patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
\n
Experience working to improve patients' physical, social, and functional abilities
\n
Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and communication skills
\n
Ability to participate in or co-lead patient treatment groups
\n
Current BLS/CPR certification may be required
\n
Previous clinical or relevant PT experience preferred
\n
