You'll work on small, complex assemblies-performing troubleshooting, repair, and functional testing using specialized equipment. Candidates with backgrounds in electronics, RF systems, industrial equipment, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and end-of-line testing on precision electromechanical assemblies
  • Conduct helium leak testing and functional validation to meet quality and performance standards
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to diagnose issues
  • Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, or similar) to isolate and resolve failures
  • Document test results, repair activity, and root cause analysis in internal systems
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve product and process issues
  • Operate and maintain tools, fixtures, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Support production schedules, including occasional overtime as needed


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in electronics repair, test, field service, or precision assembly
  • Background in industries such as electronics manufacturing, RF/telecom, aerospace, defense, or industrial equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals
  • Experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, diagnostic systems)
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to work on small components and repetitive tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
  • High school diploma required; technical training or certifications preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
