Role Description The Crew-Member Detailer is a full-time, on-site role based in Moreno Valley, CA, responsible for performing hands-on vehicle detailing services. Day-to-day tasks include washing, drying, and waxing vehicle exteriors; cleaning and vacuuming interiors; cleaning windows and mirrors; and applying appropriate cleaning products to surfaces such as upholstery, leather, plastic, and trim. The role involves setting up and breaking down equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following company procedures and checklists to ensure consistent quality. Crew members communicate politely with customers, review requested services, and may assist with scheduling or confirming appointments. This position requires working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and handling physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving equipment and supplies.

- Experience with basic vehicle cleaning and detailing processes, including interior and exterior washing, waxing, vacuuming, and surface care.
- Ability to use detailing tools and products safely and correctly, such as pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and cleaning chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results on every vehicle.
- Reliable time management skills, including punctuality, ability to follow schedules, and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Clear and professional communication skills when interacting with customers and team members.
- Capacity to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting equipment or supplies.
- Comfort working in a team setting, following instructions, and adhering to safety and company policies.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred for travel to job sites.
- Previous experience in auto detailing, vehicle washing, or related work is beneficial but not strictly required.
